Im just curious how they are going to track this and redemptions since they are using "credits" which you then redeem for miles or gifts. Have they done this before? Will united.com show you your "credits"? How will you verify you are getting them? When do you get them? When can you redeem them? (I havent read all the fine print if that is in there, sorry...) Just want to make sure its not like "we'll send you a snail mail in Spring 2007 with your credits and redemption options"...
