I'm trying to switch to UA. I have now been waiting for over two weeks for a response. I called the MP department several times and they are not as friendly as the US DM agents. Secondly with so many people moving to UA not sure what the upgrade success will be. I’m starting to have second thoughts.
They are making so many bad business decisions and the lack of communications is poor. It is one negative change after another. They think they are doing us a favor doing business with them. It doesn’t make sense for Gold's to stay especially with people like me that live in a non-hub city. CO is a great airline but poor upgrade success. Many people are telling me that NW is the next logical move
Would any of you treat a customer like US?
