I just read on another FT thread that AA is now marketing a variety of DAL-based flights to a variety of destinations throughout the U.S. via SAT and AUS.

I hadn't thought about it before, but it makes sense, just like CO's DAL service via IAH.

By using the smaller RJs, AA can ticket DAL-originating passengers to anywhere in the world simply by shuttling them to AUS or SAT first.

Pretty zany.
