My understanding is those seat numbers that are missed (skipped) in any cabin .. are realy seats for people who insist on SMOKING section seats.

These seats really exist .. but I am told that when needed they are strapped to the wings of the plane.

And if those seats fill up .. they add some seats in the cargo holds.
