Is there any time of day when there is not a risk of ATC delay at LHR.
In 2005, of my many flights to LHR, I cannot recall any that arrived early or on time. All of them were late to the gate, even if we landed early. One of the best was to land 45 mins early from CAI, only to take another hour to limp to Gate 24.
