Things sould work quite well. For both BGI has a non-stop daily flight from JFK, and for POS one of the ex MIA flights tends to start in JFK... both a nice number of miles at just over 2000. Fly QF SYD-JFK and connect, fit the West Indies into the middle of North America, or tack it onto the end and exit North America on the BGI-LGW flight. Which option depends on how much mileage running are you incorporating into the ticket - are you aiming for a nice long LAX-LHR over the Atlantic?
In terms of getting around the islands - I really think you're going to be buying some tickets outwith your xONEx.
And as to the final - I'd guess Australia will be there. But thinking you were from down under, and speaking as a Brit, I could hardly say that could I!

Hi Phillipas
Thank you for your time and effort in helping me , with this itinerary.
Would it not be a fantastic final if it was England and Australia and then to cap it off England win , and I am there to see it . It may be a distant dream but not an impossible one . Kind regards Eric, and happy travelling wherever you are next ELO
