Not true! Try stealing wireless at the cafe are right near the piano and business center (i'm a cheap college student, what can I say) and then having some pain in the @ss kid walk up to the piano and have them decide they want to 'play' for 10 minutes of pure hell while the parents sit near them and smile.

Otherwise, CLT is amazing, excpet if you are on the 'Direct' flight MCO-LGW via CLT and your flight gets in 15 minutes before departure and you have to literally run from one end to the other and get mis-directed almost missing your flight!
