I havent priced the flight but it is a long time to be sleeping on a flat bed compared with the six and a bit to JFK. Good use of miles I'd say.
However remember you can MFU only as far as LAX/SFO and that your connection on AA/whatever needs to be a seperate ticket. You might find it more agreeable to MFU to BOS and pick up a cheap YUP fare on AA from there.
