Everyone seems to have sidestepped my question entirely...about getting any points by buying walmart gift cards someplace.....other than what I get from my credit card
...as I said earlier, ebay doesnt do much good in this case

I dont have any problems buying gift cards at walmart, without being asked for id or anything. I always use them at Sam's as I dont share my husband's discover card.....I just figured this out recently, o/w had to pay with my debit card

while we are on the credit card/ points topic, can I pay my utility, grocery and shopping bills with one of my credit cards, then pay the cc bill from my bank account? that way I could get more points from cc for all my expenses....but concern is if my credit history appears bad by doing this


...also does closing an account,e.g., sears/ macy's immediateley after opening (opened for $10 bonus,etc.) reflect poorly on my credit score?

....can I post other freebie sites here? ones I use and have had benefit from....other forums,etc.
