My point again: Clearly a problem with customer service...when a reasonable request is made and there are no apparent barriers to fulfill that request and all you get from a staff member is a kurt, auto response with no sense of customer appreciation...I have a problem with that...VIP or no VIP.
KathyWdrf...you wanna talk "terrible"? How about when I called down to complain about someone smoking in the hallway at 3 am (smoke oozing into my room no less) and no one at the front desk picking up the phone (at least 15 rings)? How about when a party in a room on my floor spilled out into the hallway at 4 am...I call and once again no one picks up at the front desk.
That my friend is not such a great situation. Got more examples if you want 'em...
