Excuse me, but I find that really hard to believe. So, a little later during the flight I quizzed further. She then volunteered that the flight in (from Columbus) had consumed everything they had.
Geeze, did she really think anyone would believe that? A simple "I'm sorry we are out" would have been so much better than a lie to the customer. Someone really needs to train these people better.
