Wikipedia lists the fuselage interior at 39 meters, about 128ft. Not sure what unit the Museum of Flight intended.
The aircraft had moved such a distance as it was inflight, therefore the putt can be calculated to be how far the plane has moved plus how far the ball moved.

It was quite common for the Ryder Cup players to try and beat this by putting into a mug turned on it's side, in fact I thought the longest putt was in the region of a number of miles as Concorde flew a mile every 2.6 seconds or so.
