No sympathy. She had a pet on the train which wasn't allowed. The regulations regarding transportation of pets are readily available on the VIA website (one click and a quick search through the 'Ask VIA' form). It's her own fault for not finding out beforehand what was permissable. She didn't and was rightfully dumped from the train.
