Agree with this consensus- easily the best hotel in PRG.
The other one which is quite nice is the LePalais- if you don't mind being located in Praha2 they have some wonderful suites and a great staff as well as quite a big health club. LePalais is better for frequent guests- welcome back gifts, suite upgrades- you really feel welcomed. The FS- with the exception of the doormen who are great- seems to treat me like a first time guest most of the time.... not sure why.
