I dont have an answer for you, but wanted to say that the walmarts here wont let you use a credit card to purchase gift cards. I have no idea why and when I went to purchase some for a birthday gift and tried to pay I was told cash or debit only. I asked to speak with a manager and asked why I couldnt use a credit card to purchase them and she said it was their policy for "my protection". I said protection from what, I'm standing right here. Nobody in the store was able to tell me what the reason was, so I didnt buy them. I'm not gonna go anywhere and be told I have to use a certain form of payment. Seeing as how I loathe walmart and dont shop there anyway, it was par for the course for them.
