I just called Hertz in Australia to inquire about my move to 5 Star status (as I had the requisite number of qualifying rentals in 2005), and was told that the qualifying year runs April to April. This seems at odds with everything on this board. Does anyone know whether this is something peculiar to Australia, or am I being given the runaround?
