I got stuck with that dish last night on 183 (IAD-PDX) and have to say it was a solid notch down from the hospital food I shared with my mom all last week (she got out of that place yesterday, thank goodness). I think the FA knew it was a bummer dish because she apologised profusely when taking my order and preemptively explained that she had followed proper procedure with the whole back to front deal. Plus, she advised me to take a coach meal instead.
On the bright side, the Shiraz was nice and so was the service.
