Hilton is the one who pretends to make a big deal out of singling out their Silver/gold/diamond members.

Making a request and getting a brain dead response from a desk clerk who wishes they were somewhere else is not something any person wants to hear. Certainly not a person who fequents Hilton brand properties.

This is a disagreement over 30 mintues. Seems strange to me that the hotel would not give someone an extra 30 minutes.
