United Flight 99 PHL-LAX January 7 First Class A319:
Nuts in a ramekin, just ever so slightly above room temperature; refills were offered.
Salad:
Romaine lettuce with a one tomato slice (not bad, actually) and one olive with choice of Asian Vinagrette or Ranch dressing. Bread choices were sourdough rolls or a raisin-walunt bread.
Entree:
Chicken stuffed with ricotta and spinach, veggies and potato (?) triangles or Pecan encrusted Mahi Mahi with broccoli and rice. The chicken might have been good if it was hotter, the potato things had no taste. The brocolli that came with the fish was greatly overcooked.
Dessert:
Ice Cream Sundae with 1/2 vanilla, 1/2 chocolate.
Wine choices were an Australian Shiraz or a California Chardonnay.
