The biggest problem at this stage is dates - the airline schedules certainly won't have been firmed up yet. And do you know what dates you want to be in each of the places - have the fixtures been arranged yet?

Thank you for your response to my query. The fixtures have been arranged , but as you rightly pointed out, the airline schedules are not finalised yet, however I am hoping there will be extra flights , due to the popularity of the event been held in the carribean. ELO
