They tried to get me...
I flew out of BOS on a Sunday night back in October when the security line was HUGE. After a solid 30 minutes in the elite line that they were letting anyone use (after a 45 minute wait for kiosk check-in!), the ID checker told me I would have to return to check-in to check my one and only bag. Since I'd never had a problem carrying on this particular rollerboard before I asked to have it measured, and idea they apparently didn't like. After some convincing, she directed me to another agent to check it in the sizer. It fit (though admittedly it took some smooshing of the empty outside pockets to get it in there). But then the sizer-checker tried to direct me back to the END of the ID checking line! Thank goodness for a fellow passenger who spoke up to get me back in the front of the elite line, because the agent wanted to hear none of it.
You know, I would have been fine if they wanted to check out my bag using the sizer, but their attitude was what really got me steamed...
