I do not agre with HRGM and Lex-Teague. We european can not compete due to the time difference. I would much more prefer an automatic process. Anyway, what is the value added in the manual process ?
..excpet, as you ar ementionning, having the process being more complicated, and letting soem of the competitors not completing it, just because of external difficulties
