Have triedto clarify this on other boards but no luck. So if this has been answered recently please accept my apoogies. The upgrade rule for GM is 72 hours exactly? Or is it three days? And if 72 hours before the flight, is it 72 hours before the flight in the time zone that the flight departs (PST for ex) or 72 hours pre flight in EST? So if I'm trying to upgrade an 1130pm departure in LAX, do I call at 830pm or 1130pm eastern time. Thanks!
