Hi livininsitges,

No, the room that I'm talking about is actually a "grade" below the balcony.

The price that I got is straight from the Pen's website of 230+tax = about 270.

I stayed there 5 years ago with wife and she loved it so much that she insist we stay there this time around! however, I only paid 125 at the time
