Looking to take a trip with Grandma AA4Life from JFK to Kosice, Slovakia on 5/13, 5/14 or 5/15 until 5/22, 5/23, 5/24, or 5/25. KSC does not seem to be served by any one world carriers. So far I have found CSA Czech and Austrian serve KSC. I am looking to book a business award ticket for her from JFK-EUROPE-PRG and then spend the night in PRG before traveling to KSC the following day. We will also spend 1 or 2 nights in PRG on the return trip. I will need to travel on the same route but on a discount Y ticket that does earn miles when traveling across the Atlantic. I will need to upgrade to J with miles & co-pay or VIPs through coupon connection. I am very experienced when traveling domestically on AA, but this will be my first international trip on AA using one-world partners. Any help/comments/things I need to know would be greatly appreciated.
