And ANYTIME I fill out the survey (even with positive feedback, which is sometimess), I get 2 certs for free NL days. I can never use them becase they aren't valid with any other PC, and I'm always using a PC on personal rentals; on business I don't care.

And for that matter, whenever I fill out the general Hertz survey, I get 2 certs for $10 off a rental. Similar problem using them, the PCs online are usually better deals.
