Got locked out on my PIN one day. Hadn't even screwed up - I think it was my TA who was working on a special deal for me (and she did get it). So I called DL and told them my PIN didn't work.
They asked me to re-enter it (stating they would be off the line while the computer processed it). I did this and voila... it was re-instated.
Subsequently logged in on-line, and haven't had a problem since.
I deal with security issues on the net all the time, and really... aren't we being a little paranoid? Hackers will get much more mileage (pardon the pun) out of our credit cards than our miles, even if they are easier to get to.
