called to book a BE award seat (80,000 miles) ATL-NCE for Nov.4th... there were only 5 seats out of 48(?) sold in the whole BE cabin, but NO such award seat available... however, for 160,000 miles, Skychoice award, yes, how many would you like?
looks like Delta giveth double miles and Delta taketh away double miles as well...

am afraid it is going to be a difficult year ahead, as far as redeeming award seats goes
