I have found that AMEX seems to work. I use a uk address with a state eg FL and a made up zip and haven't had a problem. (For the phone numbers I enter 44 the uk code without 0 then tel number).I have found that VISA or MC don't seem to work. Also if you call the US numbers they can ticket with a UK AMEX card (even if initially they say it won't work )Don't know why this seems to work but it has for the last 3 years.
