Considering the lines in ATL on Monday mornings and many other days of the week, the Kiosks are great.
I have been using them since they were installed last year.
If you have a problem in ATL, there is almost always an DL Rep. working the counter behind the Kiosks. If you need help or the Kiosk will not issue you a boarding pass, The DL Rep. will issue one from their terminal, without having to get in the "Snake Line".
DL needs to install printers other than "Thermal Printers" , such as Ink Jets.
