ATL and a number of other cities have had this for quite a while. I've used them once and only once. Why?

1) Requirement to show my id at the gate. I don't want to have to dig my wallet out at the gate and hold up the line.

2) Flimsy paper stock

Fix these 2 issues, you'll see me using the kiosk instead of standing in line requiring human resources.
