I guess so. I very rarely have problems in JNB (wasting time in line doesn't qualify a problem. I grew up in communist Poland, where queuing was a national passtime
). However, when things have gone wrong, KL in JNB or CPT have let me down completely. Without fail, 100% of the time. On these occasions SAA (and in one instance, Swissair) have gone the extra mile and sorted things out, even though they were under no obligation to do so. KL could have done something, but chose not to.
