Similar experience here...
Six months ago I emailed NW to complain about a flea infestation on one of their aircraft.
About three weeks later I had an email from KLM in the UK thanking me for my recent complaint... instead of dousing the offending aircraft in insecticide NW had printed out my email, put it in an envelope and snail-mailed it across the Atlantic! What are KLM supposed to do about fleas on a North West aircraft?
