any front line employee has a lot on their shoulders. But GAs have it tough as you have to have it all sorted out by the time the doors close. they have to control the weather and make policy everyday

so here is my question, maybe someone familiar with Sabra or AA reservations might know.

Every few years I get to fly as standby as a family member of an employee. But I come after many other standbys.

They had codes priority codes that allowed them boarding, such as

OS2
OST
OS
UPG1
UPG
R1

I am just wondering what you can decipher please. I figure UPG are upgrades, any thoughts on what the others are?
