Remember you get what you pay for. Here are my observations:
Aircraft:
CSA uses Airbus A310 300 aircraft that it purchased in 1991. Not brand new but quite alright. I have always had a smooth ride and cabin is quiet up front.
Cabin:
Seats are old style. Better than E+ on BA but not as good as Exec First on AC. Pitch is good enough but config is 2x3x2 where it should be 2x2x2. Make sure to book row 1 either window or aisle. There are 3 middle seats
Service:
the all czech staff is very friendly and attentive. Much nicer and pleasant than AC or BA crews in MY experience.
Food:
Czech Beer is good. Choice of 3 foods with express option. I find the food good (if not quite gourmet) with nice choice of desert or fruits. I am not a picky eater.
Entertainment:
No PTVs. they offer old style tape players on a small screen. About 8 channels of badly choosen music. Must say that entertainment is very bad. Bring a book or Mp3.
Airport:
CSA uses Terminal 3 in Toronto and uses the KLM Lounge for j class pax. The KLM lounge is nice but can be crowded on certain days as other airlines use it as well (i.e. Aeroflot, Olympic, Malev, etc..) ok choice of papers and snacks.
Prague airport is small and easy to use. The CSA lounge in PRG is newish and quite stylin. Better choice of food and drink with nice view of apron.
Remember how much you are paying when you fly!
Have a great flight.
Cheers
Alek
Thanks for the insights

Hopefully, after 1 RT I will make silver and if I choose my flights right, I can get upgraded to Business Class for next to nothing. (This is an AMAZING benefit by the way, even on the cheapest econ fares apparantly

)
Cheers
