Cheapest way to ship items ex-USA overseas
So while overseas last year, I really discovered lots of EMS services. Apparentely EMS stands for expedited mail services.

I now want to do the reverse and send some items from the USA overseas.
Are there EMS services here in the USA or is it pretty much
US postal service, UPS, FedEx, and DHL?

Any recommendation on which is cheapest?

I'm just looking to send a care package (music CDs, junk food, etc.) overseas.
