I was in a similar situation - made online reservation, changed the return (well, it ended up being just a one-way purchase and not using the return leg)..
I emailed once, called twice, all with the correct email/fax # with no reply for 3 weeks.... Then, I recalled I faxed a req in last year and had that reciept.
I faxed in my info and requested the receipt - had it in 3-4 hours.
