Surely these surveys should not be read until, at the earliest, the passengers have disembarked.
Plus, a sceptic might also say that if it's normal practice for the crew to read them while on board, there's no guarantee that surveys making unfavourable comments about the quality of service on board will make it any further than the bin (while I'm sure a good purser/CSD would not tolerate that sort of thing, they are likely not the ones who would generate such survey results)
