Not enough time to reconfigure the 764ERs before the spring/summer increase in international flying. So they're putting those planes in markets or on particular flights which do not generally have high premium traveller volumes. For example, the 764ER (selling as all Y) will be used on:
1 of the 3 ATL-LGW (the others will continue to feature BE)
ATL-SNN
1 of the 2 ATL-FCO (the other will continue to be a 763ER with BE)
JFK-MAN
JFK-DUB-SNN-JFK
