Book the third room with your wife's name.
Although that stay will never post but if you call HH explain that you had two rooms, your wife had the other, they will give credit up to maximum of three rooms.
Note however I have been successful with above only when the rooms are booked in two different properties at the same time.

I had 1 room husband had 1 and they would not let us have the whole 3. also would not combine the deposit even though it all came out of my account.
