You have STARGold benefits and just as you could use UA's Business Class check-in even when flying in the back, you can use their Business Class lines at the Transfer facility. Any of the AC Elites -- and other airline STARGolds -- could have done the same thing. In fact, does not UA permit its Premiers to use Business Class lines, and they're STARSilvers?
Sorry, I forgot to mention that there was no one at the Business transfer desk - the SE ahead of me was the first person in the line when the AC agent took us to her desk.
