Right, but if men and women pay the same fare, shouldn't they get the same weight allowance? So the 170lb male only gets 40lbs of carry-on, but the 130lb female could get 80lbs of carry-on.

I think the entire weighing thing is nonsense, but if you are going down the path of weighing the PAX too, fair is fair.
