Why not quote the Hilton "Spouse Stays Free" Policy

I'm stuck in a infinate loop at work - Mrs. Milepig went on a trip with me and the Hilton receipt shows 2 people in the room. The accounting people here at work are demanding proof that the rate was the same for 1 or 2 people. There is no way I can go back in time to print out what the rates were on my dates of stay, and current rate comparisons just make them say "well, that's true now, how do we know it was true in November."
I figured my best bet was to print something that shows standard rates as being the same for 1 or 2 persons. I can't find any policy like that online that I can print out. Any ideas?
I suggest that you simply dig out the "spouse stays free' policy and flash it to your travel expenses police
