I think it's a shame that all of the B.S. that got thrown into the emotional fan shut down a thread with good information and debate.

I don't agree with how this was handled and I think that effectively deleting the entire thread was rash and detrimental to the forum.

However, I think that RC has every right to his own opinion and that he's a member first and a Mod second. While I think everyone has a right to disagree, I thought that it was tangental and off topic to make his opinions and past actions the subject of the thread rather than the significant and new info he brought to the table in in original post. I didn't see anyone else turning up with that info unless I'm mistaken, and I appreciate the preview/heads-up in terms of knowing what NW is considering no matter how asinine I think their decisions may be.

I'm thinking of starting a thread where the topic is just a list of the rumored changes and hopefully people on all sides can keep it mature and on-topic. I think what was brought up was pretty important for all of us.
