Here's the the FAQ's in the mailer.....verbatim.....

'Q: Is ther a 'catch' for getting my ticket?'
'A: All we ask form you is that you transfer at least $8,000 worth of balances to the card today and keep a blance on your card for at least six billing cycles.'

'Q: What happens if I redeem my miles for my ticket, but don't keep my account open for six months or more?'
'A: We'll simply ask that you repay the cost of your ticket by charging your No Hassle Miles card for the amount.'

'Q: Are there any restrictions on the type of ticket I can get?'
'A: You can get any ticket, from any airline to anywhere. And we'll cover the cost, up to $350. If you want to use your 35,000 miles toward a more expensive ticket and pay the difference, you're more than welcome to do that as well.'

'Q: If I use my No Hassle Miles card for everyday purchases, can I use those rewards with my ticket?'
'A: Absolutely. When you transfer at least $8,000 in balances with your Invitation, you'll automatically get 35,000 miles to use for a ticket up to $350. You can earn more miles by using the card everyday, and combine all your miles for an even more expensive ticket.'

'Q: What if I'm not ready to travel now, or not interested in getting an airline ticket?'
'A: Your ticket is applied to your account as 35,000 miles. So you can redeem those miles immediately, or wait until you're ready to travel. If you decide you'd rather have cash, a gift card or merchandise instead of an airline ticket, simply log on to www.capitalone/nohasslemiles and select something else. The choice is yours.'
