There are some prostitutes in that area. That's also one of the big areas where the North African counterfeiters headquarter.

When there's gunfire south of 96th street, it's very often around there, or the LES.

I had a vendor on that Little Korea street, and I used to live on 24th and 6th - got to know that area pretty well.
