Any info on where the Co-pen-HAAH-gen pronounciation is most prevailent? Is it English vs. American or is it more related to the speaker's age?
I think the British vs American thing changes the stress from the 3rd to the 1st syllable, ie. Co-pen-HAY-gen (UK) or COOOO-pen-hay-gen (US).
(As in LIIIIII-chester Square)
