If we're just shooting out ideas, what about doing it in Cancun, and infusing a little money into an area that needs it?

There are several major markets that have sub-$200 fares to CUN right now including MCO, FLL, MIA, CVG, DTW, and ATL. Right at $203 are ORD, WAS, STL, MSP, DFW, and NYC. DEN and HOU are a few bucks more. Doesn't cover the whole country, but if you can pass through one of these "gateway" cities, you might be able to take advantage.

Just a thought. A little more than a MR as it would really be a mini-vacation / Mini-MR seminar DO, but I think it could be great fun... Plus, it might be a little easier to convince the SO to come along for a short getaway.
