Only option now available is Carnival whose standards are not as high to put it mildly.
They just market to a different demographic. They also own HAL, so that would support my assertion. They also own Princess and Cunard, IIRC, and those two lines are markedly different from each other, Carnival and HAL, in almost all areas.
