It makes me curious as to how the partners transfer this information? Is it done through computers or do they actually send over tapes? I wonder how one flight gets picked up and another one on the same day doesn't.
The frustrating part is that this flight would have boosted me to Gold Medallion.
Do you have boarding cards showing your SkyMiles number for both flights? Was there any last minute change made on the flight that didn't show up? Faxing the details to SkyMiles should resolve the problem.
